In 2022, he founded a consulting firm focused on helping dentists establish and scale Group and DSO models through comprehensive M&A advisory, staffing, and recruiting services. Throughout his career, Chris has led initiatives that contributed to organizations achieving a combined $74 million in revenue and $19.3 million in EBITDA. At Dentex, he oversees all company-wide M&A efforts, leveraging strategic insight and relationships to expand opportunities across U.S. and international dental markets.
