Chris serves as a Managing Partner at Dentex Strategies, bringing extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions across both domestic and overseas markets. His background includes leadership roles as a Director for a PE-backed DSO and work with a venture capital firm specializing in oral healthcare technology. In 2022, he founded a consulting firm focused on helping dentists establish and scale Group and DSO models through comprehensive M&A advisory, staffing, and recruiting services. Throughout his career, Chris has led initiatives that contributed to organizations achieving a combined $74 million in revenue and $19.3 million in EBITDA. At Dentex, he oversees all company-wide M&A efforts, leveraging strategic insight and relationships to expand opportunities across U.S. and international dental markets.

Corey serves as a Managing Partner at Dentex Strategies, leading the firm's recruiting division, associate agreement negotiations, and financial operations. With a strong background in business and dental finance, he has developed comprehensive expertise in the operational and financial drivers that support successful dental practices, DSOs, and group models. He oversees Dentex's national recruiting team, guiding the placement of associate dentists and key clinical and administrative staff with a hands-on approach that ensures clients are matched with high-quality candidates aligned to their culture, clinical philosophy, and long-term goals. His expertise in compensation modeling, contract structure, and dental employment standards enables him to negotiate agreements that support retention, compliance, and practice stability while providing strategic financial guidance on valuations, pro formas, budgeting, and planning for hiring, growth, and transitions.
